Civil Partnerships

Family Law Solicitors

The Civil Partnership Act 2001 came into force on the 5 December 2005 and since this time many same sex couples have formed Civil Partnerships. Although there have been some changes to terminology the procedure and law when it comes to the breakdown of a civil partnership is broadly in line with divorce.

We are able to offer advice and representation on the dissolution of a civil partnership and related financial/children matters.
